Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical proposals and accurate cost estimations for projects.
• Draft and submit progress claims and finalize project accounts.
• Prepare and verify claims from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Identify potential execution and technical risks, working closely with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with tender and contract guidelines through thorough review and monitoring.
• Provide competitive and well-analyzed cost estimates to support project bidding and execution.
