Job summary

Woh Hup Group seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contractual issues on the main contract and sub-contracts. You will prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors, while coordinating project budgets and cost control.

The role involves post-contract administration, monitoring financial aspects to keep projects on budget, and liaising with consultants, architects and contractors to certify claims. Singapore-based opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities on projects worth at least $100 million.
• Knowledge in SIA Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC will be an added advantage.
