Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
• Lead tender management and subcontract awards.
• Review Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Establish and monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Identify commercial risks and value engineering initiatives.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
• Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to management.
• Develop QS team through mentorship and planning.
• Improve commercial processes and governance.
