Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking a Quality Manager to establish and continuously improve the QMS across USA operations and projects. You will lead audits, manage NCR/CAPA processes, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and client requirements.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, operations, and vendors to drive quality performance and reduce risk across project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of quality management experience in offshore/marine, oil & gas, heavy fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, or EPC environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, root cause analysis, auditing processes, and quality documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the QMS for Seatrium LeTourneau USA operations and projects.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and oversee corrective actions.
• Manage NCR, CAPA processes, and supplier quality surveillance.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and vendors to ensure quality compliance and customer satisfaction.
