Private Advertiser is seeking a QA professional to support the Quality Manager in maintaining compliance with EASA Part 145 and CAAS SAR 145, and to uphold the MOE quality system.
You will assist internal and external audits, contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and help deliver SMS training and documentation controls.
Candidates should have 3+ years in aviation maintenance with QA experience and relevant certifications; CAAS/EASA knowledge is valued.
Support the Quality Manager in maintaining compliance with applicable airworthiness regulations and the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance and repair processes.
Assist the QA manager to maintain compliance with EASA Part 145 / CAAS SAR 145 / FAA Part 145 (as applicable) and the company's MOE / Quality Manual and procedures.
Assist in planning and conduct internal audits of workshops, stores, and documentation; ensure timely and effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support QA Manager on external audits (CAAS, EASA, FAA, customers); help prepare responses, evidence and corrective actions.
Contribute and support SMS activities (hazard identification, risk assessment, occurrence reporting) and, with EASA Part IS, basic information security controls relevant to quality and maintenance data.
Maintain quality records
Support and deliver recurrent training on MOE procedures, Human factors and SMS.
Minimum 3-years in aviation maintenance/repair, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance role in a Part 145 component or line/base maintenance environment.
Knowledge of EASA Part 145 / CAAS SAR 145, internal audits, MOE/quality manual control, and SMS.
Formal training in quality auditing and/or quality management (e.g. ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9110) is an advantage.
CAAS Air Legislation exam (or equivalent) and/or EASA Part 66 Module 10 is an advantage.
