Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a QA professional to support the Quality Manager in maintaining compliance with EASA Part 145 and CAAS SAR 145, and to uphold the MOE quality system.

You will assist internal and external audits, contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and help deliver SMS training and documentation controls.

Candidates should have 3+ years in aviation maintenance with QA experience and relevant certifications; CAAS/EASA knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aviation maintenance/repair with QA experience in Part 145.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 / CAAS SAR 145 and QA systems.
• Familiar with MOE/quality manuals and SMS.
• Formal QA auditing or quality management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA manager in maintaining compliance with regulations and MOE.
• Plan and conduct internal audits of workshops, stores, and documentation.
• Support external audits (CAAS, EASA, FAA, customers) with evidence and corrective actions.
• Assist SMS activities including hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Maintain quality records.
• Deliver recurrent training on MOE procedures and SMS.
