Job summary

Collins Aerospace ADaM in Singapore seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to act as the onsite quality focal point. You will support AS9100/ADaM quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Materials, and suppliers.

The role covers PPAP/NPI/FAI activities, RCCA, MRB, and data-driven quality management in a growing additive manufacturing site, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in STEM with 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in regulated QMS (AS9100/ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 13485).
• Proven ability to lead quality activities in manufacturing with minimal supervision.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, inspection or metrology processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Quality focal point and ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Lead implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management System (AS9100, ADaM).
• Lead RCCA activities including containment and corrective action.
