Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and relevant regulatory lab experience.
Experience in microbiological or analytical QC testing in a regulated lab environment.
Experience adopting digital QC tools for reporting, documentation, and analysis.
Proven track record of maintaining compliance with GxP requirements.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and embed new QC instrumentation, methods, and systems to keep the laboratory compliant and current.
Develop proposals and business cases for QC improvements to enhance speed, robustness, and data integrity.
Lead analytical technology transfer of QC methods into Operations, ensuring audit-ready transfer protocols.
