Job summary

Wuxi Biologics Biopharmaceuticals Singapore Private Limited is seeking an experienced QC professional to lead daily QC operations at Tuas Biomedical Park, ensuring GMP compliance and data integrity.

You will draft sampling plans, manage stability studies and samples, and review analytical methods and SOPs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years in QC within pharma/biotech, plus strong communication and scientific writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry or equivalent field.
• 8–10 years of Quality Control or related experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong scientific and technical writing ability.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC daily operation and ensure GMP compliance, data reliability, and safety.
• Manage QC samples, stability and retain samples (receiving, storage, aliquoting, distribution, tracking, disposal).
• Draft sampling plans, stability protocols and reports.
• Draft QC department documents, quality standards, and SOPs; review related documents from other departments.
• Support LIMS and Cispro roles for sample and reference management.
• Participate in method changes, lab investigations, OOS reviews, and deviations handling.
• Provide guidance during investigations and production deviations; assist in tech transfer.
• Ensure reagents and consumables are stocked to maintain testing turnaround time.
• Participate in client/regulatory audits and internal inspections; support QA metrics.
