Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a Pharma Plant QC Senior Analyst in Tuas to lead analytical troubleshooting and API analysis transfers. You will design experiments, analyze data and write reports, while guiding a team and ensuring collaboration with internal departments and clients.

The role requires strong proficiency with HPLC, GCHS, LC/GC-MS and related instruments, plus familiarity with ICH Pharmacopoeia regulations and analytical methods.

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry or related field with relevant experience.
• Experienced with analytical regulations such as ICH Pharmacopoeia.
• Strong background in experimental design and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead analytical troubleshooting investigations and support method development, pre-validation and transfer of API analysis.
• Design experiments, analyze data and prepare project reports.
• Resolve technical issues in the laboratory and provide technical support.
• Lead and train team members to enhance research capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments and clients to drive project progress.
• Manage projects and oversee laboratory operations.
• Stay updated on industry tech and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
