Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a Biochemistry Analyst to perform analytical testing on raw materials and in‑process products, ensuring release per GMP requirements. You will maintain lab records, support method transfers, and participate in investigations to uphold quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor in Biochemistry with 2–3 years’ HPLC/GC experience in pharma, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts or standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biochemistry or higher.
• 2–3 years of HPLC/GC experience in pharma industry.
• Willing to do 12-hour rotating day/night shift or office hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform biochemistry, analytical and raw material testing for lot release per quality standards and procedures.
• Housekeeping and QC equipment maintenance, including calibration and tag-out as required.
• Support laboratory operations: method transfer, equipment qualification, calibration, cleaning, maintenance, and reagents management.
• Review lot release data, identify discrepancies, and participate in laboratory investigations.
• Assist in SOP writing and change control to support continuous improvement of test procedures.
• Carry out GMP documentation data sheets and LIMS data reviews.
• Handle QC sample receipt, assay and release procedures.
• Support audit readiness and related activities.
• Read procedures and requirements per USP, JP and EP.
