Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical QC or GMP lab operations experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in raw material and packaging material testing.
• Experience with method verification and laboratory investigations.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/USP/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC activities including lab purchase and inventory checks.
• Lead NPI for raw and packaging materials.
• Draft SPEC/STP/AWS with TT information.
• Draft method validation protocols and reports.
• Discharge MV/MT tests as needed.
• Release RM/PM according to plans.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead lab investigations and document reports.
• Oversee instrument management and lifecycle.
