Job summary

KOE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated QA/QC professional to lead the project’s quality assurance and control activities on site.

You will implement QA/QC plans, review ITPs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The role requires at least 6 years in QA/QC within construction, with experience in cleanrooms or other high-tech environments being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of QA/QC experience in construction, preferably with a main contractor.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage QA/QC plans to ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, codes, and regs.
• Oversee QC activities for architectural, structural, civil works, and M&E installations where applicable.
• Review ITPs, method statements, material submissions, and checklists for conformance.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify non-conformances and risks.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and preventive measures to closure.
• Monitor quality in high-spec environments (cleanrooms, controlled environments) where applicable.
• Ensure proper inspection, testing, docs, and traceability of materials and completed works.
• Maintain QA/QC records and reports for reporting and handover.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities to meet requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and minimize rework.
