Accenture PLC in Singapore seeks an senior delivery leader to drive hyperscale data centre campuses up to 100 MW+, overseeing civil, structural, MEP, fit-out, testing and handover. You will establish PMO governance, stage-gate controls, and risk management across multi-tower programmes, managing capital portfolios up to US$2 billion.

You will lead 10–20 staff with up to 1,000 on-site personnel, directing long-lead procurement strategies and coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities

Qualifications

• Delivery of 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre programmes in APAC.
• Deep technical understanding of mission-critical MEP systems (ACMV, BMS, generators, chillers, switchgear, transformers).
• Strong commercial leadership including capital expenditure control, variation management, and claims governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre campuses at 100 MW+ scale across civil, structural works, MEP, fit-out, testing and commissioning, and handover.
• Establish and govern PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, programme reporting, risk management, and delivery disciplines across multi-tower programmes.
• Manage major capital portfolios up to US$2 billion with accountability for cost outcomes.
• Direct integrated project teams of 10–20 staff, coordinating up to 1,000 on-site personnel.
• Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation for critical equipment.
• Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors, operations teams, and authorities.
• Drive programme recovery, schedule optimisation, and milestone acceleration where needed.
• Ensure governance aligned with Singapore requirements (CORENET X, Green Mark, fire-safety).
