Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering and 10+ years of quality experience, including 5 years in leadership, with IATF 16949 knowledge and strong statistical problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or any other related fields.
• 10+ years of experience with 5 years in Quality Management roles.
• Working knowledge of all quality system elements including IATF 16949.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan and SPC.
• Problem solving using statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs, policies, procedures, and methods to establish, monitor, and continuously improve product, material, process, and operational quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused programs that promote employee engagement, quality awareness, and operational excellence.
• Responsible for all quality-related matters, including customer quality issues, internal quality concerns, investigations, audits, customer visits, and corrective actions.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Notifications, Engineering Requests, and Process Change Notifications; participate in Yield Teams and cross-functional improvements.
