Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT or related field
• Strong automation and testing mindset required
• Proficient in Python, Shell, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services
• Experience in QA design methodologies and test planning
• Strong Java knowledge and OO concepts
• Experience with API, microservices, and GUI testing
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Sybase)
• Proficiency with DevOps tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Nice-to-have: Spring Boot and capital markets domain familiarity

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop software or utilities.
• Analyze user needs and craft software solutions using CS principles.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers on requirements.
• Develop test code within a modern CI/CD pipeline.
• Create QA strategies and automated testing for reuse and efficiency.
• Develop test plans and automated test systems from design docs.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing; report root causes.
• Promote QA best practices to catch defects early in lifecycle.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and propose improvements.
• Document all testing activities and prepare management reports.
