Job summary

re-zoo-me in Singapore is seeking a Software Lead to join an Agile, cross‑functional product team to design, develop, test, and maintain mission‑critical digital solutions. You will own technical design, code quality, testing strategy, estimation, and delivery risk management under the guidance of Architects.

The role requires at least 4 years in software development and 3+ years in leadership, with strong Java/C# or other modern languages, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/SE or related, with 6+ years hands-on software development.
• Minimum 3 years leading software teams, modules, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secure, scalable software features from the product backlog within sprint plans.
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams in planning, development, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Guide testing strategy and CI/CD with DevSecOps practices and IaC where applicable.
• Define technical designs, evaluate tools/architectures, and mentor engineers.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to standards and security practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical tasks.
• Troubleshoot defects and support post-deployment issues.
