Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior / Quality Assurance Engineer (Operations) in Singapore to provide independent quality oversight of engine MRO activities. The role focuses on surveillance, inspections, and continuous improvement across engine build and test processes.

The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering with at least 5 years in aerospace or related regulated industries, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to lead quality initiatives and cooperate with audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace MRO or related regulated industry.
• Experience in quality assurance, inspection, surveillance, or engine maintenance operations preferred.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System implementation and compliance.
• Perform surveillance, inspections, and quality verifications.
• Lead or support investigations of non-conformances and quality events.
• Assist audits by internal, customer, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide quality coaching to personnel and drive continuous improvement.
