Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing or quality engineering leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise-level testing programs or QA managed services.
• Telecom domain experience with telecom platforms/services.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed QA teams.
• Strong test strategy, functional, regression, and automation governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA engagement including test strategy, planning, governance, reporting and release readiness.
• Lead a distributed team of ~30–32 QA professionals across multiple countries and locations.
• Set priorities, clarify ownership, and coordinate delivery across teams, locations and time zones.
• Define and govern functional, regression, automation, and performance testing approaches.
• Review test coverage, defect trends, risks, dependencies and release readiness.
• Lead or facilitate client governance meetings and communicate delivery status and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, operations, program teams and vendors to resolve issues and dependencies.
• Enhance automation coverage, testing efficiency, quality gates and continuous testing practices.
• Develop Test Leads and strengthen leadership capabilities across the engagement.
• Explore practical AI uses to improve test design, analysis, automation or delivery productivity.
• Drive improvements in production quality, regression reliability, release predictability and service performance.
