The Community Psychology Hub is seeking a Senior Psychologist to work with adults with developmental disabilities in the Adult Disability setting. You will provide psychological services to individuals with behavioural issues and mental health concerns, through consultancy, training and coaching to staff and caregivers in SSA and ESLP teams.

You will work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team, leading training, supervising and supporting staff while developing practice guidelines

Competenze

• Master's degree with supervised practicum and training in psychological assessments.
• Be preferably registered, or eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).
• 3+ years of relevant post-Masters experience in developmental disabilities or related settings is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychological assessments and establish inter-rater reliability for staff training on PBS and PBC.
• Deliver coaching/intervention and co-develop training material with MT/AHP for SSA staff.
• Develop and expand coaching structures for MT/AHP/STOs within SSAs and perform fidelity checks over years.
• Participate in routine care-planning, progress monitoring, and multi-disciplinary team meetings.
• Work with SSA staff, allied health professionals, and caregivers to adapt interventions to the local context based on research and trends.
• Lead MT/AHP and SPED Educator in training and coaching implementation within SSAs.
