Job summary

The Community Psychology Hub (CPH) is committed to improving lives through innovative psychological and research services. This role focuses on working with adults with developmental disabilities within a pilot project to redefine programmes and extend interventions to home settings.

You will work independently and in a multidisciplinary team across SSA and CPH with responsibilities in training, supervision, and stakeholder coordination. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Psychology with supervised practicum and assessments.
• Preference for SPS full membership and SRP registration eligibility.
• 3+ years of relevant post-master experience in developmental disabilities or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess fidelity of MT/AHP/STOs in PBS and PBC staff training.
• Develop and co-deliver PBS strategies training for SSA staff.
• Expand coaching structure for MT/AHP/STOs within SSAs and monitor fidelity.
• Provide supervision, consultation, and professional development within CPH.
• Contribute to administrative duties, reporting, and ESLP-related tasks.
• Attend trainings and supervise staff development activities.
