Job summary

Seatrium Ltd is seeking a risk management professional to support our Project Controls team in Singapore. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the Project Risk Management Plan and the Risk & Opportunity Register, coordinating reviews with internal teams and clients, and liaising with Procurement on major equipment risks.

The incumbent will help identify risks on the critical path, implement mitigations to keep projects on schedule, and assist the Project Services Manager with weekly

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Controls Manager to prepare Project Risk Management Plan.
• Prepare and maintain the Risk & Opportunity Register.
• Arrange, manage, and participate in periodic risk reviews with internal teams and clients.
• Liaise with Procurement to identify Major Equipment Risks and log them in the Project Risk Log.
• Identify risks on the critical path and mitigate to meet timelines.
• Assist Project Services Manager in preparing and compiling weekly and monthly reports.
