Job summary

You will analyze terms for risks and opportunities, negotiate with customers, and manage change orders, notices, and insurance coordination across vendors and teams. A senior, detail-oriented professional is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business management, law, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in contract management, procurement, or contracting roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and document drafting.
• Solid knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
• Strong negotiation and drafting abilities.
• Experience coordinating large projects and working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Align contract administration with Project Management to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure project team understands and applies contracts correctly.
• Advise teams on deviations from contract requirements during execution.
• Analyze contract terms to identify risks and opportunities.
• Draft alternate contract articles and negotiate with customers.
• Prepare contract communications and notices with accuracy.
• Coordinate insurance certificates with relevant parties.
• Manage change orders from identification to resolution and negotiate claims.
• Ensure proper document transfer and up-to-date contractual information.
• Oversee milestone and close-out activities; ensure timely deliverables.
• Interface with vendors/contractors on cost, performance and payments.
• Liaise with stakeholders to file correspondence with contractual relevance.
