Job summary

ResMed Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain Engineering based in Tuas to lead complex capital investment and transformation projects across manufacturing, automation, infrastructure and construction. You will drive end-to-end delivery, define scope, budgets and schedules, manage risks and change, and lead cross‑functional teams with senior leaders, suppliers and contractors.

8+ years of hands-on PM experience in engineering, automation or construction, with strong

Qualifications

Hands-on project management of complex capital engineering, automation, infrastructure or construction programs.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
Strong governance, cost control, scheduling, risk and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering, automation, infrastructure, and construction projects.
Define project scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and success measures.
Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, resources, risks, dependencies and change throughout the lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability for commitments and outcomes.
Build relationships with senior leaders, operational teams, suppliers and contractors.
