Your Responsibilities
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success team at Jedox. In this role, you will lead key implementation projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Steer Jedox projects to success within key accounts.
- Proactively coordinate projects and act as the point-of-contact for the Jedox implementation team and R&D, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the go-to person for both clients and the Jedox Management team.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned client projects to ensure on-time go-live dates, including documenting client requirements, developing project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, software configuration, tracking milestones, and providing regular feedback to stakeholders and management.
- Organize relevant resources to ensure timely project management.
- Create and maintain accurate, organized, and complete project files, including all documents required for internal compliance.
- Act as backup support for other implementation activities and projects as needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of IT project management experience.
- 8+ years of experience within the IT consulting industry.
- Proven success in managing finance transformation, CPM, ERP, or BI projects.
- Ability to manage heterogeneous resources, teams, costs, and scope effectively.
- Knowledge of PM methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI are a plus.
- Strong advocacy for customers and ability to provide cross-organizational feedback to improve products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive and capable of seeing projects through to completion.
