Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a Senior Project Manager to establish and grow our Singapore project operations, coordinating with China-based technical teams while owning local delivery from tender to handover.

You will lead lighting, AV, multimedia and integrated experience projects, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure compliance with Singapore safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, M&E, Construction, Lighting or related.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project experience, with at least 3 years in project leadership.
• Experience in lighting, AV, multimedia or attractions projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead lighting, AV, multimedia and integrated experience projects from tender to final handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and overall delivery.
• Support tender preparation, including scope review, technical proposals and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and China technical teams.
• Oversee site installation, testing & commissioning, quality, safety and project documentation.
• Coordinate technical interfaces across lighting, electrical, AV and control systems.
• Manage variations, progress claims, project costs and subcontractor works.
• Resolve technical, site, cost and schedule issues to keep projects on track.
