Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in building developments.
• Experience in developer, consultancy and contractor organisations.
• Public sector project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead in tender preparation to select project consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of consultants and contractors.
• Identify potential construction issues or contractual disputes and propose solutions.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
