JTC Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced project manager to oversee development projects from concept to delivery. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with government agencies, land planners, architects and engineers, and manage tender processes to appoint consultants and contractors.

You will identify construction risks and disputes, delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring cost effectiveness and quality across both industrial and non-industrial

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in building developments.
• Experience in developer, consultancy and contractor organisations.
• Public sector project experience is advantageous.

What the role is:

You will be part of the project management team involved in development projects (industrial/non-industrial), A&A projects or R&R of industrial estates.

What you will be working on:

You will work with the various government agencies, land planners, architects and engineers on concept designs of construction projects. You will prepare project briefs and lead in the tender preparation to select and appoint project consultants and contractors, as well as coordinate and monitor their work. You are expected to identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes, and effect appropriate solutions. You will lead in managing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the projects are delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner.

What we are looking for:

Background in Architecture/Civil/M&E Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in building developments in developer, consultancy and contractor organisations. Having experience in public sector projects will be an advantage.
