Job summary

EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data, analytics and AI/GenAI programmes for a banking/financial services client.

You will oversee scope, plan, budget, RAID and vendors, with hands-on data architecture experience and governance duties. Singaporean or PR is required; contract payroll via NTT, with a monthly salary up to S$10,500.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• 2+ years leading large, multi-stakeholder programmes on data platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data architecture (ETL/ELT).
• Familiarity with governance, steering committees, status reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform, analytics and AI/GenAI programmes for a banking/FS client.
• Run governance bodies, executive status reports and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with Regional PMO and Head Office; manage budgets, RAID, vendors.

Senior Project Manager, Data & AI Programmes

Work location- Changi Business Park

Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform, analytics and AI/GenAI programmes (scope, plan, budget, RAID, vendors) for a banking or financial services client.

You must have 8+ years in IT project management, including 2+ years running large, multi-stakeholder programmes on data warehouse, data lake, cloud data platform or BI/AI delivery.

You need hands-on knowledge of modern data architecture (ETL/ELT, Snowflake/Azure/AWS/GCP, Power BI/Tableau) and responsible-AI controls (model risk, privacy, security).

You will run governance (steering committees, executive status reports), JIRA/Kanban stand-ups and post-implementation reviews, working with Regional PMO and Head Office.

PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification preferred. Singaporean or PR only. Up to S$10,500/month, NTT contract payroll.
