Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced AI Project Manager to lead data engineering and analytics initiatives from planning to delivery. The role focuses on managing cross-functional teams and aligning business objectives with technical execution.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PM within data/AI environments, a solid grasp of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts. PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

7+ years in project management or program coordination within data/AI environments.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Analytics or related field.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, warehousing and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of AI, data engineering, and analytics projects.
Coordinate with data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, product teams and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into project plans, milestones and deliverables.
Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide progress updates.
Ensure data quality, documentation and delivery standards.
