Job summary

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, plan resources, maintain safety performance, and manage variations while preserving strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Independent and proactive, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction project execution in line with approved drawings, specs, client requirements, schedules, budgets and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Plan and coordinate work areas, manpower and resources to support subcontractor activities and minimise delays.
• Support site safety performance with the safety team and monitor site practices.
• Maintain records for variations and manage resources while preserving client relationships.
