Job summary

People Search Consultants invites an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software projects in a dynamic environment in Singapore. You will drive project lifecycle, budgeting, resource planning, documentation, and procurement activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will ensure the successful delivery of software developments, manage vendor relations, and provide ongoing application maintenance to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
• 8–10 years IT PM experience in software projects; PMP preferred.
• Strong PM principles, methodologies and tools (Agile/Lean/Scrum).
• Strong analytical skills; communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with multiple teams.
• 2 positions available.

Responsibilities

• Drive the IT project lifecycle including budgeting, planning and documentation.
• Manage procurement; publish tender specs; evaluate vendors.
• Oversee end-to-end software development projects from plan to implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver the product.
• Ensure ongoing application maintenance and SLA compliance.

• Drive the IT project lifecycle, including project budgeting, resource planning, documentations, etc
• Manage procurement activities, prepare tender specifications for publishing, evaluate and recommend potential solutions and/or vendors
• Responsible for the end to end software development projects including plan, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, etc
• Work closely with all internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver the product/project.
• Accountable for the provision of on-going application maintenance and support to ensure SLAs are met

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of IT Project Management in software application projects, Certifications in PMP or equivalent is preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools (Agile, Lean, Scrum etc.)
• Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable to work with different teams/stakeholders.
