Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or related engineering discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Semiconductor Test Development, Product Engineering, Silicon Characterization, or Test Methodology Development.

Responsibilities

Develop, debug, validate, and release production test programs for semiconductor products.
Design and implement test methodologies to ensure adequate test coverage and product quality.
Develop and validate test hardware solutions for characterization and qualification activities.
Drive test program optimization for quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering to translate requirements into effective test solutions.
Ensure test solutions are production-ready and meet manufacturing release requirements.
Generate qualification reports and provide recommendations for production release.
