Responsibilities

• Oversee Full Construction Lifecycle: Manage all phases of construction execution, from initial site preparation through to final build-out, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ensure Design Compliance: Supervise the installation, assembly, and integration of components, equipment, and systems to ensure adherence to approved construction plans, technical drawings, and design specifications.
• Track Project Performance: Prepare and deliver detailed construction progress reports, analyzing performance against contractual obligations related to time, cost, and quality metrics.
• Meeting Coordination and Follow-Up: Document key action items, decisions, and follow-ups from project meetings to ensure timely execution and accountability.
• Regulatory Compliance & Inspections: Coordinate and facilitate regular site inspections to verify compliance with all applicable regulatory, legislative, and company-specific requirements, standards, and procedures.
• Promote Safety & Sustainability: Champion a culture of safety and environmental sustainability throughout the construction process, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
