Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings PTE, LTD seeks a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager and Engineering Manager across all PM activities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Process Engineers to deliver projects from conception to execution.

The role emphasizes understanding project requirements, budgets, and cost controls, with opportunities for innovation and growth in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction of water/wastewater plants or chemical plants.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar PM software.
• Strong project management, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineering Manager and team to optimize methods and meet timelines.
• Ensure engineering documents and deliverables are prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Develop project schedules by studying plans, calculating time requirements and sequencing tasks.
• Produce project status reports and recommend actions based on data and trends.
• Interface with clients to translate requirements into actionable plans and address concerns.
