Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project tenders with required documentation.
• Coordinate site foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet specs, budgets and deadlines.
• Lead meetings and negotiate with clients and subcontractors to align goals.
• Investigate site problems and propose timely solutions to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and standards on site.
• Maintain an effective document control system and review project documents for accuracy.
• Deliver strong client service and maintain relationships to support project success.
