KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD. is seeking an experienced lead for bored piling projects in Singapore. You will guide projects from inception to completion, coordinating piling rigs, cranes and crews to meet design and safety standards.

The role requires a strong track record in foundation construction, exceptional team leadership, and solid skills in logistics, budgeting and risk management. A robust safety culture and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in foundation construction, bored piling.
• Proven track record of managing large site teams and complex construction logistics.
• Deep knowledge of bored piling methods, soil mechanics and heavy machinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple bored piling project sites from inception to completion.
• Manage heavy machinery deployment including piling rigs, cranes and tools.
• Supervise project managers, site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, control operational costs and maximize profit margins.
• Ensure all piling works meet engineering designs, soil specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or top management.
