Job summary

AIRCON GURU ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead ACMV projects in Singapore, coordinating clients, main contractors, consultants and the project team from planning to completion.

You will determine project needs via cost, schedule and quality controls, manage site contractors and ensure compliance with authorities, while tracking costs and maintaining stakeholder relationships for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–5 years project management experience, preferably ACMV projects for industrial or commercial purposes.
• Experience in Design and Built projects is an added advantage.
• Strong project management skills and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Liase with Client, Main‑con, Consultant and project team for planning, execution and completion of projects.
• Determine and implement client needs through project cost, timeline and quality management.
• Manage contractors, sub‑contractors, suppliers and staff at site.
• Ensure work on site complies with local authority requirements.
• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
• Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the project(s).
