Job summary

LKT Contractors in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, plan schedules, and ensure quality and safety on site. You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, inspect works, and ensure adherence to contract drawings and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules.

• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
• Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.
