Job summary

Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across M&E, construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will drive execution strategies, plan resources, and ensure milestones are met while upholding standards and client specifications.

Role requires strong client and stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and technical leadership across at least one M&E discipline. A proven track record on large-scale projects and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with senior project leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in managing large and complex M&E projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery from award through completion and handover.
• Establish project execution strategies, resource plans, and delivery objectives.
• Monitor performance, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, client specs, engineering standards, and company procedures.
• Drive timely resolution of critical project issues and milestones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and government agencies.
• Oversee contract administration, variation management, claims, and commercial negotiations.
• Lead resolution of project disputes and manage project risks and conflicts.
• Review budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost-control measures; prepare monthly reports.
