ACE WATER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex water infrastructure programmes from planning through execution.

You will coordinate drawings, schedules, risk assessments, and method statements while ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality and technical targets. You will liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in management of complex water infrastructure projects or Building M&E projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Ensures overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and control of all operations to meet the project objectives.
• Plan and prepare all project activities - drawings, schedules, risk assessments, method statements, etc.
• Monitor progress of each project and resolve any problem that arises, including site issues.
• Ensures project execution is within the cost, time, quality and technical objectives.
• Enforce the implementation of operation, quality, safety and environmental policies of the company amongst the projects team.
• Liaise with colleagues, Consultants, Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
