Job summary

LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architect to join the Architectural Project Management team to drive projects from design to completion, including contract management and tender handling.

The candidate should hold a registrable BOA degree, have 4–8 years of experience, and be able to plan, design and implement industrial development projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint is required; on-site supervision and strong coordination are essential.

Qualifications

Must possess a registrable degree with Board of Architects Singapore (BOA).
Minimum 4–8 years of relevant working experience.
Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and related facilities.
Proficient in AutoCAD; Photoshop and PowerPoint an added advantage.
Capable of liaising with clients, other consultants and authorities; on-site supervision.
Inspect on site during construction to ensure safety, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters.
Works with Project Team in coordination, organization & preparation of concept to construction documents & drawings.
Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal Project Team members.
Direct the Technical Team on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations.
Assist in coordination works, provide leadership and coordinate input/output of all involved parties to meet objectives.
