Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Sr / Assistant Manager, Programme (Research Office - Contract) to support planning, implementation and operational management of research programmes focused on behavioural health, brain health and population health.

You will work closely with Principal Investigators, researchers and stakeholders to drive programme delivery and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Services Research, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Public Health or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in programme management, research administration or healthcare operations.
• Strong organisational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing scientific literature and supporting research projects will be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management tools.
