Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital system initiatives in Singapore. You will own business case development, budgeting and planning, and drive projects across their full lifecycle with Agile practices.

You will manage IT procurement and tender processes, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, ensure compliance with security policies, and communicate progress and decisions clearly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience across at least two full project lifecycles, including Agile.
• Experience in Cloud, Data Analytics, Design Thinking or Product-Centric Development is preferred.
• Experience with IT tendering/procurement.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• PMI, CITPM, COMIT or Certified Scrum Master certifications are good to have.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case development, budgeting and project planning for digital systems.
• Manage IT procurement and tender processes, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive projects across the full lifecycle using appropriate methodologies, including Agile.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Engage and manage vendors to deliver digital solutions and services effectively.
• Ensure projects comply with IT management, quality and security policies.
• Communicate project progress, risks and key decisions clearly to stakeholders.
