Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 35 years of relevant healthcare administration, project management, partnerships, or procurement experience.
• Experience with external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, public healthcare institutions) preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in M365 suite including Excel and PowerPoint; AI literacy is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-institutional programmes and partnerships, working with external hospitals and stakeholders.
• Drive project execution by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Lead preparation of materials for external engagements, funding discussions, and senior management updates.
• Provide structured secretariat support for major workgroups, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
• Drive procurement workstreams and interface with vendors to align requirements and contracts.
• Establish robust tracking systems for timelines, deliverables, and governance; ensure documentation and audit trails.
• Support onboarding and administrative coordination across departments.
