Job summary

Fortinet Singapore is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Consultant to drive network security projects from design through deployment across customer environments. You will lead workshops, capture requirements, and ensure timely delivery while advising customers on Fortinet best practices.

The role requires deep knowledge of Fortinet products, strong communication, and the ability to work with regional teams. Singapore-based onsite work with some remote engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years+ relevant network security experience
• 5+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet Support or Administration
• 3+ years’ experience with Network Security Products
• Customer centric mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and cross functional collaboration with regional team members
• Scripting experience (Python) & API (Restful API)

Responsibilities

• Carry out Professional Services engagements in a professional & timely manner for Fortinet customers
• Develops a clear understanding of customer requirements (project scope, technical requirements)
• Conduct design workshops with customers and stakeholders both remotely and onsite
• Lead the deployment, migration and optimization of Fortinet solutions in customer environments
• Execute project tasks in accordance with project timelines and quality standards
• Act as a trusted advisor during project delivery and provide technical consultation
• Develop knowledge to remain proficient with Fortinet technologies and provide best practice advice
