Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Professional Services Consultant to lead and deliver Fortinet projects, conduct design workshops, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

The role focuses on deploying and optimizing Fortinet solutions while maintaining rigorous quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of network security experience, strong LAN/WAN knowledge, and Fortinet NSE qualifications, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• 8–10 years+ relevant network security experience
• 5+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN / Internet Support or Administration
• 3+ years’ experience with Network Security Products
• Bachelor’s Degree in EE, CS or CE or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Carry out Professional Services engagements for Fortinet customers and deliver projects with customer satisfaction
• Develop understanding of customer requirements (scope, technical requirements, solution design)
• Conduct design workshops with customers remotely and onsite
• Lead deployment, migration and optimization of Fortinet solutions
• Execute project tasks in line with timelines and quality standards
• Act as trusted advisor and provide technical consultation
• Develop knowledge of Fortinet technologies to provide best practice advice
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in Fortinet network security disciplines
• Interface with Fortinet business and technology partners and share knowledge internally
• Develop and update implementation templates and assets
• Communicate project information to Fortinet management
• Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly
• Complete administrative tasks (timesheets, reports)
• Prepare Statement of Work and document work performed, knowledge transfer, surveys
