Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. Production Associate I for our Benoi Sector site in Singapore. The role focuses on developing and revising SOPs and work instructions with cross-functional teams, while ensuring adherence to EHS and quality guidelines.

The position reports to the Team Leader, Production and resides in the Production Operation Team. It requires current manufacturing experience, ability to work rotating shifts, and lifting up to 20 kg in a cleanroom

Qualifications

• Must have strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities adhering to EHS and Quality guidelines, and ensure materials are available.
• Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions with cross-functional teams; support improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot machines/equipment and train new hires as needed; participate in day-to-day operations in a team setting.
