Job summary

Nala Employment Pte Ltd in Boon Lay, Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to supervise daily production activities, drive operator performance, and ensure targets and quality standards are met.

You will operate and set up SMT and BGA rework stations, with profiling, alignment, reflow, and inspection; mentor operators; maintain records; and collaborate with Production, QA, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Previous experience as a Production Line Leader, Team Leader, or Lead Operator is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SMT, soldering, and BGA rework.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is an advantage.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and operator performance.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Operate and set up SMT BGA rework stations, including profiling, alignment, reflow, component removal and replacement, and inspection.
• Monitor production progress and report any issues promptly.
• Work closely with Production, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure operators follow SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and quality requirements.
• Train and guide production operators.
• Maintain basic production records and reports.
• Support continuous improvement of production processes.
