Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production activities with multiple departments.
• Familiarity with 5S and shopfloor housekeeping standards.
• Ability to collect and provide production data for KPIs.
• Assist Production Manager in reviewing production processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department achievement activity.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments.
• Plan 5S activities.
• Ensure machinery, manpower and material availability.
• Control wastage.
• Ensure proper processing of non-conforming materials.
• Ensure acceptable standard of housekeeping on the shopfloor.
• Ensure all documents and quality records are properly kept and maintained.
• Assist Production Manager in reviewing and improving the production process.
